Two layers. Layer 1 is your Scale tier — Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise — set by how many stores you run; each tier includes a number of team seats, a WhatsApp invoice volume, and a support level. Layer 2 is a flat per-seat fee, charged only once you add a Manager or Cashier beyond your plan's included seats.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?+
No. StoreMitr never takes a cut of your revenue. You pay a flat monthly or annual fee based on stores and team size — never your GMV.
How much does an extra seat cost?+
A flat ₹199/seat/month for any Manager or Cashier beyond your plan's included seats — the Owner seat is always free, and the rate is the same whether the extra seat is a Manager or a Cashier.
How are seats counted?+
By person, not by store. A Manager or Cashier working across several of your stores is still billed as a single seat. Removing a team member stops their seat billing the day their notice period ends.
Can I change plans as my business grows?+
Yes. Upgrade when you open a new store or need more included seats, or move to Enterprise for unlimited stores, custom SLA support, and white-label / on-premise options.
What happens during the 14-day free trial?+
You get full access to StoreMitr for 14 days, no card required. After the trial you continue on Starter (or upgrade to Growth / Scale). Add your store, bill customers, and invite your team before choosing a paid plan.
What if I need more than the Scale plan?+
Enterprise plans are custom — unlimited stores and seats, dedicated support, custom/priority reporting, and options like on-premise deployment and white-label receipts. Talk to sales for terms.
