Delete your Store Mitr account

Owners can ask us to delete their business account and the shop data tied to it. This page is the request path Google Play asks for.

1. Email support@storemitr.com from the same Owner email you used to sign up.
2. Subject line: Delete my Store Mitr account.
3. Include your business / shop name and that you want the account permanently deleted.

We verify that the request comes from the Owner, then delete the account. There may be a short hold for backups, unpaid bills, or legal retention, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Managers and Cashiers cannot delete the business. Ask the Owner, or leave the team from inside the app.
