In Hindi, mitr means friend. Store Mitr stands with the shopkeeper from the first scan of the day to the last bill — on the computer, on the phone, and at the printer on the counter.
We are a Jamshedpur team building for small and medium retail in India. Not another heavy ERP. Not a payment app. A practical shop operations system: inventory, POS, WhatsApp invoices, staff, customers, and day close in one place.
Owners set up the business and the stores. Managers and cashiers join by invite. Every working day runs inside one active store, so the team always knows which shelf, which bill, and which till they are on.
What we do
